We started our project – If WE don’t change the climate will continue to change – as part of
the Comenius school partnership programme in 2009. Pupils and teachers from the schools of
the participating countries became friends taking part in interesting activities and programmes
during the two years of the project.
We decided to create this booklet in order to show the great work we have done together and
to have opportunity to look back at all the experiences we have enjoyed throughout this time.

Each school has a mascot. We tried to find out something what symbolizes our country, city or school. There were competitions from the pupils’ works.
Pupils were very imaginative, they cut out, drew, folded … and the mascots were born. We sent them to each other and the pupils could see their mates’ works. Here they are.

We sent each other, to all partner schools a so called ’Culture Box’ with different things
characterizing our countries. There were books, posters, CD-s, recipes, special things. Pupils could get acquainted with the partner countries, tasted some food, listened to music, saw the photos
of famous places, people, animals, plants. HERE
